Grown on a small farm in Durame Village, this Heirloom variety thrives at an elevation of 2,100 meters, where the nutrient-rich soil provides optimal conditions for premium coffee cultivation. After harvesting, the beans undergo a 36 to 48-hour fermentation period at a local wet mill. They are then carefully spread out on raised beds to dry under the sun, a process that can take up to 21 days to complete and helps preserve the beans’ vibrant flavor.
