Señora Flhor affectionately calls the 18 Rabbit Natural her “crunchberry” coffee, thanks to the rich, fruity sweetness that develops during natural processing—a traditional Ethiopian method where the coffee cherries are dried whole with the fruit still attached. This differs from the washed process, where the fruit is removed before drying.

The 18 Rabbit Natural is cultivated on the family-run farm named after it, owned by Señora Flhor, her mother, and 11 relatives.
