Very bright and very sweet, expect notes of watermelon, strawberry, Meyer lemon, and a floral nose.
In 2006, Asefa Dukamo and his brother Mulugeta established Daye Bensa Coffee in Ethiopia’s Sidama region. With a network of 16 washing stations and 4 dry mills, they ensure efficient and timely processing. At the Qunqa mill, cherries are carefully sun-dried for up to 15 days, resulting in a rich, sweet, and complex flavor. Durato Bombe coffee is sourced from 626 local farmers in the village of the same name, nestled in the Bensa Woreda area of Sidama. It’s also named after the mountain where the beans are cultivated.
