Behind this exceptional coffee is producer and exporter Abdullah Bagersh, who oversees every step of the process with meticulous care. During the critical first 48 hours of drying, the cherries are turned frequently to ensure even evaporation. This method results in a remarkably clean and consistent cup, which can be challenging to achieve in Ethiopia’s Gedio region. The final brew often evokes the comforting taste of freshly baked chocolate blueberry muffins.
