This Mexican Chiapas coffee is cultivated by small producers in the high-altitude Soconusco region. After harvest, the beans are sent to a certified mill in Tapachula, where they are carefully processed, cupped, and evaluated. The mill places strong emphasis on quality control, ensuring that any defects are removed so the final cup delivers clean and consistent flavor.
