Haitian Blue Organic is cultivated from the same varietal as Jamaican Blue Mountain and produced by Coopacvod, one of Haiti’s oldest cooperatives. Dedicated to organic, shade-grown practices, the coop—led by President Francis Dubois—uses local river water to power its operations and recycles it back into the environment. In doing so, Coopacvod supports both sustainable water management and meaningful employment for the local community.
