ABOUT THIS COFFEE
Almond and walnut notes settle into a chocolate finish, with a smooth, creamy body and gentle acidity. A little fruit rounds out the cup without taking over. It is an easy coffee to enjoy black, with enough body to hold its own with a splash of milk.
Grown at the family-run Ramirez Estate in Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic, this coffee gets its character from natural processing. The coffee stays in its fruit for an extended fermentation before the beans are separated and dried. It is a separate offering from our Ramirez Washed coffee, with its own processing method and cup profile.
