Renowned for its strong environmental and social values, this coffee estate leads in sustainability by reusing byproducts from coffee processing. Rather than discarding coffee cherry remnants, they ferment them to create natural gas, which powers their operations. Water used in the process is filtered and reused before being released back into local systems. Additionally, the leftover cherry pulp is composted and repurposed as fertilizer for surrounding farms. A traditional island coffee.
