Rancho San Francisco remains one of the most overlooked gems in Central America. Grown at high elevations in the Chiapas mountains by third-generation farmers Delmar and Fernando Moreno Guillen, this coffee is cultivated on a family estate surrounded by natural shade trees. While not certified organic, the beans are grown and processed without synthetic fertilizers, following environmentally conscious methods.
