FAQs
Do you roast coffee to order?
Yes. Every bag is roasted only after your order is placed. We do not keep roasted coffee sitting on shelves. This ensures you always receive the freshest, most flavorful coffee possible.
What kind of coffee do you use?
We exclusively use specialty grade coffee. This is the highest quality classification for green coffee beans, based on strict standards for flavor, consistency, and defects. Specialty coffee represents less than 10% of the world’s coffee supply.
Why is your coffee sometimes out of stock?
We work hard to keep your favorite beans available. However, coffee is a seasonal crop, and availability depends on harvest cycles at origin. When certain green beans are not available, we may temporarily be out of stock.
Why is your coffee more expensive than store-bought coffee?
We only source the best specialty grade beans, which cost more than lower grade coffees. In addition, global coffee prices are currently at record highs. We choose quality over cutting corners so you can taste the difference in every cup.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because we roast to order, please allow up to 10 business days for your coffee to ship. Freshness and quality are worth the short wait.
